Early glimpses
Caught the first glimpse of the sun today, floating in a pool.
The rays easing their way between the leaves.
With my ears completely submerged, all I could hear was myself.
For a brief moment everything was still.
I felt as if I knew a lot more, than I really did.
Which was funny, because I didn’t know that I was about to lose my balance in the water!
I don’t know if it’s the past or future for me…
